You can set up NightsBridge to send an automated email to your guests to provide guest registration information before arrival. The automated email will be sent to guests one day before check-in at 17:00.

Log into the Owner's Login
Please look at our tutorial on How to access Owner's Login if you need more information on how to do this.
Go to General Settings
- Click on Settings.
- Click on General Settings.
Update Scheduled Mails
- Tick to Auto-send check-in registrations emails.
- Click to Save.
The guest will receive an email from you with the online registration link
The automated email will be sent for guests with email addresses updated in Guest Details.
An automated email will not be sent for same day bookings. Please send registration emails for same day bookings manually.
The guest can complete the registration form.
