How do I generate the registration or confirmation letter for a booking?

This tutorial will show how to print a registration or confirmation letter.

The registration can be printed on the guest arrival to get additional information that was not provided i.e: email address and contact numbers.

The confirmation can be printed for when the guest has paid a deposit and wants to know if the booking has been confirmed.

Open the NightsBridge calendar from your desktop.

Open the booking.

Open the booking.

Double click on the booking to open it up.

Click on Print.

 Click on Print.

Choose Confirmation.

Choose Confirmation.

Select confirmation and then click on Print. 

Your document will open up in Microsoft Word.

If you would like to email it directly to the guest, click on File.

If you would like to email it directly to the guest, click on File.

Click on Share and then Email.

Share the document via Email.
  • Click on share to send it directly to the guest.
  • Select email.

The wording may differ depending on the version of Microsoft Office that you have.

Generating the Registration:

Open the booking.

Open the booking.

Click on Print.

Click on Print.

Choose Registration.

Choose Registration.

Select registration and then click on print.

Your document will open up in Microsoft Word.

You can print it for the guest to complete.

For some establishments, a guest registration is printed out with the various terms and conditions for the guest to complete on check-in.

If you would like to email it directly to the guest, click on File.

If you would like to email it directly to the guest, click on File.

Click on Share and then Email.

Share the document via Email.
  •  Click on Share in the file menu.
  •  Select Email.

The wording may differ depending on which version of Microsoft Office that you have.
