This tutorial will show you how to cancel a booking from your NightsBridge calendar .
Open the NightsBridge calendar
Please look at our tutorial on how to access your calendar if you need more information on how to do that.
Open the booking
Double-click on the specific booking to open the Booking Details window.
Click on Cancel Booking
Click on Yes
Enter reason for booking cancellation
Click on OK
Booking has been removed from the calendar grid
Click on Synchronise
Click on Start Synchronisation
Click on Exit
If the pop-up window states that synchronisation is successful, this means that the cancellation of the booking has been sent up to NightsBridge and the property's availability has been successfully updated on the NightsBridge server.
