How Do I Change the 'Guest' Details of a Booking to an Existing Client?

Open the NightsBridge calendar

Open the booking

Double-click on the specific booking to open the Booking Details window.

Click on the Change or Add New Client button

Click on the Change or Add new Client button

Search for a different client

To search for a specific client who has already been entered into your NightsBridge system, start typing either the first name, surname or company name of that specific client into the relevant field.

Select the specific client

A list of existing clients with matching first names, surnames and/or company names will appear in the box below the search fields.

Double-click on the name of the specific client to select them from the list of search results.

Confirm client details

Click on OK

The 'Guest' details of the booking will be updated accordingly
