If you manage more than one property with NightsBridge, you can easily jump between your different property calendars inside your installed PC Bridge desktop software.
Here is a simple, step-by-step guide to switching between your property databases without needing to log out.
Before you begin
To switch between databases smoothly inside PC Bridge, a few quick setup checks need to be completed first:
- System files & configuration: All the property databases you want to switch between must be saved in your computer's system files, and your NightsBridge configuration file needs a quick update.
- If this hasn't been set up yet, simply reach out to our Support Team and we will be happy to set this up for you!
- Linked properties: Your properties must be linked together in your online NightsBridge account first.
Step 1: Open the Choose Database menu
Open your PC Bridge calendar.
- Click on File in the top navigation bar.
- Select Choose Database.
- Click on the property database you would like to open,
- then click OK.
Step 2: Select your user login
- Click on the User drop-down menu and select Admin or your assigned NightsBridge User name.
- Enter your password
- Click OK.
Step 3: Confirm and view your calendar
Click OK to close the confirmation pop-up box.
Your PC Bridge calendar will automatically refresh and display the full calendar, bookings, and rates for your selected property.
