This Tutorial will take you through the process of changing the invoice-to client.
This will usually happen if an agency has booked on behalf of the guest, and the guest wants to be invoiced. It could also be that the agency wants the guest to be invoiced and charged directly.
Open the NightsBridge calendar (PCBridge)

Open the Account
Click on the "Change or Add New Client" button.
Click "Add New Client"
You can either search for an existing client or you can add a new client.
1. Searching for an Existing Client
If you would like to allocate the invoice account to an existing client, you can use the search fields to find the correct client and then double click.

2. Add New Client
If you want to create a whole new client that does not exist in your system already, you will have to click on "Add New Client".
Once you've done this, you can then proceed with adding all the details that you have about the new client that you're invoicing.
