Note: This is a new feature to the NightsBridge calendar. A credit note is used when you have to cancel an invoice or refund a partial amount of the invoice.
Open the NightsBridge Calendar
Click on Clients tab
Click on Client Search
Search for the client and double click on their name
Click on the Transactions tab
Double click on the (applicable) credit note
Save or print the spreadsheet
Note: Choose CRN as Transaction Type and enter the amount that must be credited. Click save once done.
