How Do I Add An Extra?

When a guest requires additional services such as airport transfers or game drives which need to be added to the invoice. This is useful if you do not have a separate, dedicated Point-of-Sale (POS) system.

Open the NightsBridge Calendar

Open the Booking

Open the Booking

Click on the Extra's Icon

Click on the Extra's Icon

Click on Add Extra

Click on Add Extra

Choose Extra From The Drop Down List

Choose Extra From The Drop Down List

Note: The price of the extra will automatically apply from the last rate you entered for the extra, after you select the quantity.

(Note: If an extra is not appearing, you will need to add the extra as a stock item in your NightsBridge setup. Click on the link for instructions on how to do this: How do I Setup a Stock?)

You will be able to select whether a stock item is exempt from VAT or not if your property has been set up for VAT. If you are wanting to change your stock for VAT exempt click here.

If your POS (Point OF Sale) is integrated with NightsBridge. Stock items that have not been added in setup, but is loaded on POS will automatically be added to the stock list on Nightsbridge.

Click on Save
